drop off to them the day before meeting with them. This will prepare
them for your meeting, and if they have any questions they will have

is the buyers version of the pre-listing packet.

processes. We can all put together a questions and answers web blog
or a frequently asked questions overview for you to hand to them.
Every market in the U.S. is different and if someone is moving out
of state it is best to treat them as a new buyer unless they stated
otherwise.

Community Information Packet
Community information
packets serve a good tool if the buyer is moving from a different
area or even from out of state. This packet can include items such
as school, neighborhood, and shopping info, plus community events,
local entertainment, restaurant reviews, and much more. Each packet
is personalized to the specific area and buyers needs. Examples
would be seniors would not receive information on schools but could
receive information on senior activities or centers. These community
packets are great for putting you ahead of your competition.

CEO Market Analysis
This is also known as a
CMA in the real estate industry. We have taken the regular everyday
CMA and transformed it into a report that Mr. and Mrs. Buyer can
appreciate and read about their prospective new home or office. This
can help the buyer make an informed offer to Mr. and Mrs. Seller.
The worst thing for your career is have an unhappy buyer several
years down the road when you try to sell their property for them and
help them find a new property. The report includes an in-depth look
at other properties that match the prospective properties criteria
and then a summary at the end on one or two pages.

For Sale By Owner Coordinator
Do you ever need
someone to try to coordinate with the For Sale By Owners? We do not
make cold calls to solicit new business for you due to the no call
list. However if you have a client that wants to view that property
we will communicate with the for sale by owner to get an appointment
to show your client. We will also contact the for sale by owners in
the prospective neighborhood to create an accurate CMA for your

We will handle setting
up the inspections based on the company your buyer chooses. We can
work around all schedules to make sure that everyone will be present
during the inspection who needs to be including the sellers agent if
they choose. Locally we can represent you at the inspection if you
so choose.

Moving Services Coordinator
We will coordinate the
buyers moving for them if they want us to. They tell us who they
want as a moving company or truck rental and we will help them find
the best rates and schedule the days they need. We will also
schedule all the utilities be turned on for them the day they are
moving in if the utility companies will allow us to. We will ensure
that their move is a stress free and memorable one. Our goal is to
make sure the whole process will run smoothly so that your name is
the first thing that comes up in the real estate field.

Property Searches
We will help setup Mr.
and Mrs. Buyers search criteria on your website search utility. If
you don't have one we will do searches on a daily basis and send
them the new results by email or fax based on their preference with
your contact information. We will also contact you buyer based on
your preferences to see if there is any of the properties they want
to see and relay the information to you. This one item could set you
apart from other agents in your area and show your buyers that you
are on top of things.

Showing Coordinator
Now your buyers have
properties they are wanting to look at. and you need to make
appointments to view those properties and show them to your buyers.
We will create the appointments based on the order you prefer and
maps to each property for both you and your clients. Or if you
prefer we can put them in order based on location making them in a
circle reference from the office and ending back at the office.
